The hotel was sold out and not updated in the app. When we reached for check- in the receptionist told us that they're sold out and they just have only one available room that too a defective one. The room was having a foul smell. No proper sanitation. The person who came to deliver the food never knocks the door instead just barge in.

Location, I liked because it's located at the main road of 38 sector gurgaon Not clean, Power Outage, I was bathing and suddenly water supply goes off and this was happen multiple time

The rooms are very spacious. And have all the facilities that you would not expect at these prices. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. Food is also very good.

The room was clean and most of the things up to mark. Staff behaviour was nice. The fact that they charge for water apart from a daily 1 litre water bottle. You think that you are being charged Rs. 900+ for a night, you ought to think basic amenities like water is included in the price. But sadly it wasn't the case. Though TV was there, it didn't work. The room i was put into didn't have a key and i had to pester the management to provide one.
