Nasty and old toilet and bathroom, the whole night AC didn't work . Mosquitos in room . Staff is useless. Just humble , not solving any issues. Breakfast was horrible. Same dishes every day . Too many staff workers but useless. Reception employees not answering the phone . The manager was with an attitude. Horrible experience. Don't just look at their hotels pictures. The lobby and entrance was bright and clean . The rooms were pathetic. . Just show off for higher triffs. Don't trust their website hotels pictures. No fans in rooms . That was too weird. AC units old . Dirty bedding. Dirty room . Old refrigerators are not working well . Horrible Horrible experience.

- Size of the room - Locality around is good - Promptness of service - rooms are not serviced regularly . - No additional facilities (e.g Gym etc ) - They host too many parties , it becomes noisy at night .

Size of the room,location and staff behaviour Decent,sufficient and good breakfast. Front desk staff is very kind and well behaved. Housekeeping needs to be a little better. The mop that's used for washroom is the same mop that's they use for the room and corridors The after effects of that, is a stinking room. They really need to have a good housekeeping manager. As they have not provided fans in the rooms they have to keep a check on the health of the Aic conditioner. I had kept the AC on the lowest temperature but the cooling was not as expected. Rest no scope to complain.
