The hotel is fresh and clean! Nice atmosphere during breakfast. If you are planing to visit New Delhi, the hotel is far from the center, but if your bussiness trip to Gurgaon, it is very convinient.

A special mention to Harsh Singh, the sous chef, and Monika from the lounge area, who went above and beyond to ensure all my food preferences were taken care of seamlessly. Dheeraj, our assigned butler, deserves the highest praise. I was hosting friends for dinner in my room, and his service was impeccable—thoughtful, proactive, and executed with absolute finesse. He made the entire experience effortless and memorable. Chef Irfan and Chef Abhishek Kumar were incredibly accommodating with my dietary requirements during breakfast, ensuring every meal was both delicious and tailored perfectly to my needs. Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to Pooja Chandanshive, whose kindness and constant support truly elevated the entire stay. Her professionalism and hospitality were evident in every interaction. It’s rare to come across a team so genuinely committed to creating a personalized and delightful guest experience. Hilton Bani Square has set a high benchmark, and I look forward to returning soon.

Restaurant staff Sourav took care of us and made us feel at home every day. He introduced the chef Irfan, such a nice person. We felt so comfortable staying in this property. Will surely prefer to stay here during our next visit.

From check in to check out everything went smoothly. Room was clean, perfect size, May consider sectioning breakfast or eating area, not sure if ancillary staff can handle entire dining area, sometimes there were preventable delays.

Room is comfortable and clean Housekeeping staff was very helpful Service was bad - They don’t help with baggage; you need to ask multiple times for assistance. When you arrive from the car, no one is there to help with your luggage. Even when you check out, you won’t receive any assistance; we have to carry it ourselves. Staff were generally too busy to help out Complimentary breakfast - Staff will not seat you but will make you change tables once you get settled. All the options are vegetarian, except for the omelette station. You will hear music if your room is facing the Blossom Terrace Garden, but it stops at 10 PM. We paid extra to get a late checkout till 3pm but were locked out after 12.

Breakfast was very nice. Great selection and the food taste, flavors were great too. You could see the chefs in the room catering to the needs of the guests. Service could be fine tuned a bit. Service during Breakfast was a bit slack and did not match the food that was consistently very good over the theree days that we stayed there.

The staff we so kind and helpful, special mention to Muskan and Prityca who were so helpful. It's a new hotel, very elegant inside. The breakfast is excellent. Not much, maybe a little out of the way but the area around is developing.

This is a fairly new Hotel with great facilities. The hospitality was great right from the front desk, house keeping and the restaurant. All the staff that we met were always willing to assist. A good facility to stay at for a break The distance was a little further from the places we were visiting but the stay was worth the distance and the quiet that one desires when travelling.

Hotel located not so far away from the Delhi airport and good position for business men that need to travel in area outside the center of Delhi and New Delhi. Confortable and very clean rooms. High cleanliness all over the hotel. Good gym facility. Very good pick-up and drop-off service. A special thank you goes to the staff! From the maintenance/cleaning people to the restaurant people. They all were very kind and focus on customer need with high attention to details. For sure the added value of this hotel is the people that work in it. Margin of improvement for the shower door.
