Nothing. Everything. The room was dirty and had not been cleaned for a long time by the looks of it - cigarettes on the floor, plaster falling from a hole in the ceiling, dirt everywhere. There were holes and stains in the bedding. The staff allowed me to move room but the next room was almost as bad, definitely similarly unclean. I had to leave and find a different hotel. The road to the hotel is barely a road at all - potholes and gravel. Outside there are many many stray dogs. Didn't feel safe at all as a solo traveller. The hotel staff offered me a refund but told me to go through booking.com, and I have not received anything yet.

We didn't stay there due to lack of facilities, it didn't come up to our expectations. I still payed the full amount, but after sering the restaurant, decided to book in a nearby hotel and left 30 minutes after checking in, lost the entire amount The location and the restaurant

Always a special place to visit. Staff are awesome... Always ready to help. Food is good. Rooms are spacious and all room amenities are available.

This is a good hotel for the price. I stayed for a week, the staff were very helpful, area is quiet,the metro station is not too far, and also easy access to the cyber city.
