i booked , the hotel was under constriction, they did not let me , i had to look for another hotel

Early check-in was allowed, which was good. no network works in the hotel, so have to rely on their Wifi, which also sucks along with their services. The room bedsheet were dirty so I ask them to replace it but they were saying it got replaced just now. However, I keep insisting so they said they are waiting for the laundry and once the laundry will arrive, they will replace although they didn’t replace it anyways even though my stay for the hotel was for two days.
