Hotel O Spring Inn

A guy named Amit is at reception. Totally useless. SMELLS.BAD. IT IS OLD STYLE DHARAMSHALLA. we could see paid girls coming in and going. Rooms.worth rupees 200/- Too much inside. Meant for road side guys to party.

No service of food in hotel All services no room service, don’t change bedsheets, doesn’t clean toilets, no proper toiletries, small room, no fooding service and drinking water service

Nothing… even the receptionist guy did not take us in the hotel. Also he was asking for more money Nothing..

Nothing I had made a booking. This is obvious as Booking would not ask me to review my stay. Upon arrival, I was not allowed to stay. I was told this hotel is only for Indians!! This must be my first racist experience, I am white Caucasian. Why oh why do booking allow these hotels to advertise. Avoid at all costs. I took an Uber drive to an appointment, and my journey took two hours. So, upon finding a room advertised at £7.00.. I decided to get my head down and take the journey back early in the morning as it will take half the time. I have learnt a lesson. Avoid the ridiculously cheap offers

It's was very close to Galleria market The hospitality, the staff was very lazy and unprofessional

Nothing was there to be like. Horrible experience, 1. Staff behaviour was rude. 2. Charged extra money. 3. Room was very dirty. 4. Bed sheet and pillow also was very dirty. 5. Room was smelling very bed. 6. When , I have complaint as above to staff to change the room, the denied for the room. 7. Overall horrible experience, and suggest to all never go there.

Poor management

Nothing They are fake, as soon as you go to the property they will as for 1500 but the amount shown in booking.com app is just 700 Rs. Don't know why they are not verifying all this. Please don't book any Oyo from booking.com, most of them are fake or will do scam as they as for more money when you go for check-in.
