Room is okay. They don't have smart tv , they put DTH which was not even recharged we couldn't watch anything. The staff was very rude. When we tried to tell him to why don't they have smart tv , he said why should I put smart tv just for you. There were cockroaches in the room. No toiletries provided. Very rude , I mean he is so rude that when I called him and told him to change the tv he cut the phone on my face. Cleaning was not apt , I mean this is worst experience in any hotel. They took 181 rs extra as taxes. The jet spray tap was leaking. Literally bad staff. Receptionist guy was the worse , I have never seen a bad person as him. Such a rude way of taking, he was screaming while talking. Phone was so bad that it 2-4 tries to contact the reception, lift was not working after sometime. Went out of electricity 2 times. No very dull lights. Dirty sheets, smelly room , very bad door , kept getting stuck, Worst experience
