Without calling me they have cancelled my booking. Missmanagement... Cannot recommend others to stay at the hotel. They offered to take two single rooms which I was not expected...

Hospitality of the management staff & food quality is good enough for travelers. No wifi in first day. No gyuser, no extra bathing bucket was supplied for hot water mixing supplied to us every time on request via hotel's intercom. Deluxe a c room TV set was inoperative so we were shifted to another a.c. room upon request.

Nothing Everything apart from the location close to the railway station. The room was not clean. 2 towels were provided for 4 people which seemed used. Soaps were provided which were like cloth washing bar. I agree is a Non AC room but there was only one fan for a room with 4 people. For AC for a day they were charging 750 INR. Staffs were very badly dressed and you would not like them to accompany you until your room. There was dust all around the hotel due to renovation. They did not even provides complementary water in the room.

Proximity to Guwahati station from the side of platform no.-7. (1) The toilet vent opening in the room was disgusting. There should be a hose venting toilet air outside the building, not only the room. Though currently, there is not even a fresh air fan. Size of room is like a barrack, it was suffocating. (2) Room light on bed through fan blades is distracting. A slim led tube could have saved from raising room temperature, especially when there is no AC, but only fan.

I like a better big room. Room too small like bathroom. Ac and non ac difference is 800 rs it's too much. Reception staff behaviour is good but room condition and size is too small for family. Never book with online. Online price and hotel price is different. In paltanbazar too many hotels so no need to book online. Online booking not accepted with hotel reception . Check fan if non ac because fan running but not blowing only for show off.
