Nothing.......... I recently checked into Magnolia Inn through Booking.com, paying an advance of Rs. 2000. Unfortunately, I found the behavior of the hotel staff to be unpleasant, which led me to leave the property within 10 minutes of arrival. Despite my early departure, I was not refunded the Rs. 2000 advance that I paid. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and the handling of this situation, and I feel that the hotel's management should address the issue of refunds for guests who do not stay. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this hotel or Booking.com for future bookings. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

Location was fine. I was able to park the car in safety. Main road and access to local auto/taxi was easy. The bathroom had leaking taps. On day 1, the breakfast was bad and inadequate. Reception refused to entertain any request, even though the breakfast was complimentary. Second day breakfast was manageable. Room clean request was denied citing inadequate room cleaning staff and I was given the broom to clean the room myself :-) The staff had no clue what hospitality means. They treated my family below their room cleaning staff!! A typical budget homestay with charges of good hotel. Not worth the amount.
