The greenery around the property was refreshing. We enjoyed our walks within the property. The staff was also very helpful. Did not have good vegetarian options, but on request they did cater to our needs, so overall no complaints there.

THE CHECK IN EXPERIENCE WAS BAD. THE STAFF WAS NOT HOSPITABLE. I HAVE STAYED IN VIVANTA IN THE PAST AND THE EXPERIENCE THIS TIME WAS ABSOLUTELY SUB OPTIMAL

Very nice. One of the best hotels in Guwahati. I have stayed in other hotels in this city. But I liked this hotel the most. The rooms are very nice. The food is very tasty. However, I did not find anything in the mini Refrigerator, which should be there. Refrigerator

We couldn't sleep the second night because there was a loud screeching sound coming from the water pipes or HVAC (unsure what was up) in irregular intervals. This ruined our sleep the second night, adding to our jetlag fatigue. I hope the management fixes this problem.

Hotel floors and rooms are in need of renovation. Carpets on floors were musty and stained and there was a smell of mildew in the room. Staff at reception were impersonal and almost unfriendly. Despite the location, not much to do in the immediate area...it is mainly automotive shops and a few restaurants.

Loved the staff, be it the reception, breakfast, housekeeping, entrance, manager. Though the property was a bit run down but the staff was excellent .

Beds were not comfortable, mattress was too soft. And every time i turned the bed made a squeaky sound. There seemed to be some fresher staff attending to us during breakfast. I had to request her 3 times for ketchup and tabasco, and she just didn't bring it. Each time she nodded her head and walked away. Finally it was a Manager who had to explain to her and 10 mins later i was served.
