The check-in time was given 12pm in the website but I reached there at 2 pm still rooms were not cleaned…they made me sit in the reception while they were cleaning the rooms. When I went inside the room the floor was wet with water The staffs were very unprofessional. Didn’t feel safe at the property.

The breakfast was good. The room is not properly clean, but it is semi-clean. I liked the stay. It was comfy, had a great breakfast. It is nearby GS road so it was easy to get a bus, auto, etc. I took an uber and there was no problem with pickup and parking. The TV isn't working, and after calling the reception two times at 2 pm, 8:30 pm, and 9:30 pm, I informed the staff who had brought my food still the problem was not solved. I wanted to avoid using my phone, but I guess there is no option. I did not appreciate lunch and dinner. The chicken had some odor, fruits were not fresh, gulab jamun..meh, lassi was somewhat okay, pulao was not good either. Of course, other food may be good, and one can order online.

The location is good considering accessibility and other commuting options. The allotted room was not at all clean. I could tell by the remains (mostly human hair) of the previous boarders. Despite repeated requests, the room was not cleaned. They ( hotel staff) kept on insisting that the room has been 'thoroughly' cleaned and sanitised, which is laughable given the state of the pillows and the quilt. In terms of cleanliness, it was a big thumbs down from me. Also, despite making an advanced reservation for two nights and three days, i was requested, rather heckled/ harassed repeatedly, to vacate the allotted room after a single night's stay simply because the staff in charge of the reservation were incompetent and misplaced or lost track of the reservation details, which by the way were made well in advance. I did vacate the room after presenting my case. No point in staying when you are not welcome. The only saving grace of the entire ordeal was the food that was served at the hotel's restaurant. It was quite good. My compliments to the chef and the catering team. Thank you for that unwarranted and unexpected experience.
