The hospitality of the staff is very nice All forms of facilities as per your booking is provided The food quality is great, and cab services are also available The property is in a great location, with Maa Kali restaurant (Bengali people's paradise) just 1 alley from the hotel. Bus services and Railway station is also very near Pricing is also very comfortable (February 2024) The breakfast price is fairly high, you can easily eat outside, rest all is fine?

The location of the hotel The behaviour of car driver while escorting us to the airport was very casual, no help with the luggage and did not inquire us about the amount of luggage we had in case the car does not hold all the luggage, had to carry some of it on our laps. The service at the restaurant was very slow

Nothing good about this property and it’s overpriced for what it’s offering Rooms were extremely small, beds were uncomfortable, felt claustrophobic even when I took the big room.

The location is great, near railway station, Paltan Bazar and GS road too but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic. The place is very well maintained with the staff being the helpful and friendliest. Loved the food, quality and quantity. Has a homely and warm atmosphere. There's nothing that I didn't like.

This property is ok, but dinner last order time of 9.45 is harsh. Moreover, the room tariff are on higher side in comparison to other category hotels at Guwahati. Otherwise, staffs are cooperative & descent.
