LOCATION IS WELL JUST BECAUSE NEAR BY GUWAHATI STATION. BUT BUFFET BREAKFAST NOT UP TO THE MARK. FOOD QUALITY ALONG WITH BREAKFAST ITEM DID NOT SATISFACTORY.

The breakfast was pathetic, The location is very good The room was dirty the bed lining and the pillow cover was dirty and moreover the water flowing from the bathroom was extremely dirty when informed this to the reception he told me to keep the tap open for sometime and then clean water will flow unfortunately we could never saw clean water and it was disastrous situation.

Location I was told booking was auto canceled by Treebo. I got a message at midnight that my booking will be auto canceled but when i asked for confirmation today morning if it is canceled, I got no reply. When I reached the hotel, the receptionist told me since payment was pending(which booking.com stated was to be made at hotel), Treebo auto canceled my booking. When I said booking.com still shows active booking, he said something is wrong between Treebo and Booking.com communication. They said they will make offline booking since they have one room left. So, they gave me a room and I was asked to pay same price as mentioned on booking.com. So, I paid same price via gpay and checked in. Something is shady as Treebo reached out later asking if I had canceled. This seems like a scam between Treebo and the hotel. Clearly, Treebo is just adding its brand to random hotels and creating a headache for the customer ultimately!! Will not book Treebo again. Not worth the price or the hassle!!

Good location Bathrooms are stinking, changed rooms but same in the 2nd room as well. The hotel has lizard and cockroaches in the rooms. The access to the hotel (stairs and lift) are filthy.
