The room doesn't feel clean, no bucket in the washroom, no toilet paper, too many mosquitoes

Great location. 5 minutes walk from the station. Great staff. Couriered me my stuff back to me, which I had forgotten at their place.

The location is good, staff is polite and the food is good. 1.NO HOT WATER. Inspite of confirming on phone after reading reviews, the person on the phone said the reviews were old from the time the geyser wast working. We did not have hot water inspite of arriving in December cold and it was really unpleasant to take a bath!!! 2.We had specifically told them that we would be leaving at 6am. Inspite of that we found ourselves locked in the hotel. The main door was locked, nobody at the reception, fire exit was also locked (which is extremely dangerous and needs to be checked). We had to literally randomly raise our voices just so someone would hear and open the door. We were late.

Close to market, train station and sumo and taxi stand for Meghalaya transport. Rooms are big and clean. There is a restaurant on site. You can leave luggage. Staff is amazing - very nice, caring and helpful accomodating all requests you might have from printing, help with laundry, cooking special meals, early breakfast and help with shopping, transportation and travel information. It feels more like a homestay than an inn.

Very good stay. Cleanliness is the main factor. Very near to railway station and location is also exceptional good. You can get everything nearby. Hotel staff is very good and supportive. Nothing to be disliked

The rooms were well-appointed and clean, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing good service throughout my stay. However, considering the rates they charge, I expected a bit more luxury and exclusivity. While the hotel certainly delivered on some fronts, I felt that it didn't quite live up to its price point.

Hotel is very good... Anyone can book with closing your eyes. Best Hotel for family Improvement required on regular maintenance like Room Spary perfumes at Reception and regular cleaning and spary Bcz i faced small bad smell at reception But overall is absolutely fine
