Only location Rooms were not clean, cramped and barely had any space to move around. Basic facilities like internet was not working. The staff was unresponsive and were not available most of the time because of a wedding at the hotel.

The management was very kind and cooperative, eager to improve the service quality of the property. but we interacted on the last day on reception. Positive attitude towards the facility improvement by the management. Property is good & comfortable. Some professional attitude of front office+F&B will add on & improve the service quality & make more comfortable and pleasant stay.

Nice staff, ambience, clean rooms, and a very nice breakfast spread... One floor wiper may be provided in bathroom. After use of the bathroom by the 1st person, it is difficult for 2nd person to use the toilet.

Nothing particular I can mention which I like about property, it’s not maintained, I was under shower and suddenly boiling hot water came on me inspite it kept on cold , called the maintenance guys , they said corrected , but same . Rooms were smaller ,no Wi-Fi works , they kept on giving me numbers to connect , but nothing works and then u give up . Nothing I liked , there are two dangerous steps in front of reception and everyone was falling those coming to check in but staff was completely insensitive to issue , bogus food , worst service , pathetic conditions. And super expensive
