Stayed for 3 days, never once came to clean the room with repeated requests. Bathroom smells so bad. It said restaurant available but it was not opened the entire stay.

Good peaceful location, courteous staff Booking.com did my booking with breakfast despite no operational kitchen at the property which created a dispute You wrongly published room with breakfast which was actually not available. I do remember there was two categories, with or without breakfast so I booked with breakfast same communication reached to hotel also in morning but later they denied due to some issue and you also aligned with them and removed the breakfast.you check still your site giving many wrong information like SHARED KITCHEN, there is no such concept of shared kitchen. This you doing deliberately so I rate zero to booking.com

I didn't like anything of the poperty the staff were very bad not even one was good. I was waiting there they didn't let me check in and said the room was full i mean poperty was full which was not. I was standing there and talking with the booking.com customer care one couple come they let check in the couple. If the poperty was full how come they check in. It is very bad i wpuld really tell booking.com to take a serious action being a popular app you shouldn't keep this kind of poperty link with you all. Being honest am saying paying extra is not bad if they says nicely we can also pay but they directly deniey looking at the booking and an outsider comes without booking they ask to pay the money if they pays they can in succesfully. Then What is the service for the booking people. I guess The owner of the oyo pratishtha is not aware of this. I seriously want to file a fir or case related to this concern whi h is not legal. I swear am not lying am saying straight forward what happen with me today. I honestly suggest all the people not to go for this its very bad you'll be looted over this place. I request booking.com to remove it this kind of poperty from your end otherwise you'll suffer and have to pay compensation for that. I really had very very bad experience which words will not define being honest am saying.

Property is in good location but if the booking is via OYO then they provide shabby rooms which are not clean. Even the linens were stained and bathroom was not clean at all. The staffs are not at all responsible. Overall experience was worst. I will not recommend this property to anyone. Everything

Very good staffs but landline not working ac is not good and they dnt provide items like water boiler that are necessary for our stay otherwise its all good the staffs were very good

The location, food, friendly staff Oyo is using the property as a ploy to sell other properties in the region. The actual price is not 750, its 1500 per night. The property will demand 1500 or ask you to call Oyo. Oyo will propose to shift you to a poor facility nearby at 750. Its a cheap ploy. Nevertheless, this room for 1500 is still a bargain.

Only the rooms were cleaned/, while the toilets were old and geyser did not work The hotel refused admission on the booking amount of 656 Rs. which was displayed on booking.com linked to Oyo, After reaching, I was forced to pay another 800 for check-in - . After travelling KM, we do not have energy to call up the helpline of oyo or booking. Such wrong amount display should not be shown in future if the hotels are not willing to admit.
