The hotel is close to city. It is clean and spacious. It is a family run hotel with traditional set up but yet everything you need is available.

We stayed for just one night in this hotel arriving late at the night and leaving in the morning, but we absolutely loved it. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the furniture a bit dated, but it was very clean and comfortable, we had a very good rest after a tiring trip. The location is very central. However the best part was the owner. We asked advice where to eat and he indicated one local restaurant. Due to the language barrier, he followed us in a motorcycle to make sure we arrived to the destination. We liked everything.

Very large room, clean, good AC, quiet. We were only here for a night (arriving late and leaving early) before starting the Hà Giang loop and it suited us perfectly. We found a very nice and cheap bún chả place (with complimentary 'happy water'...) a few minutes down the road for breakfast so it ended up being a great location for us. Can't think of anything.

Spacious room, very clean, good location. The check-in was a bit difficult since the person doing it could not speak english with me. Didn't have to pay at the entrance, but one hour later, the lady knocked on my door to ask me to pay. I was ready to take a shower so had the towel on me, i told her i would come down after to pay, but this didn't seem to bother her, she came in the room and wanted me to pay. Didn't appreciate that.
