The staff was absolutely awesome very friendly and helpful . There were several blood spots on one of our blankets . The day we were checking out the fire alarm went off for 20 minutes and we were told they were testing it . If they were testing it they should havee given guest a heads up rather than scaring everyone half to death. As I said the staff was a class act but the company needs tobstep it up .

My room was extremely clean and although the refrigerator in my room did not have a little freezer in it for my cooler ice packs, I was able to bring them to the front desk and they stored them in the staffs freezer

Great hotel with excellent rooms and a good breakfast. Looking forward to the next visit.

The customer service was excellent during checking in and the breakfast time. Some of the items were consumed quickly but got refilled immediately. It was a nice hot breakfast vs grab & go. The hotel room was spacious, clean and had enough towels and bathroom accessories. I would like to visit again.

I enjoyed the cafeteria and the fitness center. The only part about my stay i did not enjoy was the noise level coming from the kids. If quiet time is enforced after 10p.m., it would be the perfect stay.
