We were booked at a condo closer to town but it was horrible and we immediately began looking for another place. This place was able to take a same-day reservation. Our room was spacious, clean and such a breath of fresh air after the dated and disgusting condo we were initially on. Friendly staff. We also found there was a trolley stop very close to this hotel so we didn’t have to worry about parking or driving after moonshine tastings!

Clean Rooms AC wasn't on when I checked in. But cooked off pretty quickly

The comfort of the it. I thought it was very cute. Just what we needed at a good price. I don't like the extra $50 charge on my credit card 5 days AFTER my stay. I feel like I'm going to have to call and dispute this. An extra fee for nothing at all is really irritating. Hopefully that is cleared today.

Breakfast included hot options and was above average. The room was clean and very functional, with plenty of space. The lobby area was a bit warm (it was summer), but the rooms did not have any issue as temperature may be set to your liking.

Honestly not much That the room was 83 degrees and not cooling off. It was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life

There was only 2 towels in our room and I asked for more at the desk. They said it would be $10 for each extra towel.

The breakfast was nice, the room and common areas were clean. I stay in hotels often, and I have to say that the staff that was there throughout the weekend was one of the least friendly people I have ever encountered at a hotel. I was reprimanded for bringing coffee from the breakfast area back to my room and upon checking out on my last day there I didn’t get a thank you, or even have a nice day he simply stared at me, asked me what I wanted, after I told him I was checking out I shared my room number, handed him my room keys and there was silence.

Required a room deposit even though paid in full. Upon checking in desk clerk had my daughter carry towels to our room because they weren’t sure if there were enough in there.

Cute room, everything we needed. Clean, fun decorations. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Glad to have waffles.
