Location This is basically a “welfare” motel.

The room was in overall good condition with clean sheets, bathroom & floors. There just a few small repairs needed. The painting in the bathroom was a little sloppy, the door to the outside is damaged and needs to be sealed at the bottom.

The staff is nice and helpful but the place is nasty and wouldn’t recommend. It’s sad when even a 7 year old says I’ll sleep in the car, this place is scary.

The customer service from Matt at the front desk was excellent The room could have been cleaner

The staff was so friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.
-
Very good and clean quiet
-
beds and pool was closed

The room was mostly clean, the tub was bad and the bathroom overall needed a good bleaching, there are no chairs in the room, no tables other then the end table, the pool is down and that was a big bummer because we book based on amenities that we want. The door jam was cracked as it had been kicked in, but im assuming it was an arguing couple as its not an unsafe area, the locals are super friendly. It was a good stay for the price but had a lot of cons. There were dead bugs in the microwave panel though I didnt see any living bugs the microwave was still a no go. It was freshly painted and the beds where clean, just seems like new owners are working on fixing everything but things take time.

The staff was incredibly nice and very informative. Its comfortably place in the city but not having a "in the middle of the city" feel to it, walking distance to pretty much what ever you want to do.
