The maintenance of the room is not the best (windows are not clean, some furniture had small damages etc.). The shower is not closed off from the room (the toilet is). And the bed is very low on the ground

The only good thing was the location The unicorn room interior was nice but that was the only positive thing. The issues started with not being able to use our safe it was locked so we were asked to use the other one ,the problem was that the safe was not secured to the wall or anything else , it wasn’t safe to use also it wasn’t easy to open with the key they provided. They suggested giving them our stuff to secure which we didn’t like. In addition the water from the shower leaked in to the room and flooded the floor , we had to throw all our towels on it , after that experience we demanded that they move us to a different room which they did but unfortunately we didn’t have hot water so could not shower there as well. The all ordeal was very unpleasant and upsetting. The next morning they asked us to move to a different hotel where they secured a room for us. once again we packed our stuff and moved for the third time . The room was ok, thin walls could hear the noises from the next room . Wasn’t a good experience very disappointing. We did ask for a refund for the first night after having all the issues we experienced, they refused . For us this is not a respectable establishment we will never go back.

A very beautiful and comfortable hotel with a unique and tasteful design. The rooms are cozy and exceptionally clean. Perfectly located in the heart of the German Colony, yet completely quiet inside. Everything you need is provided — including an espresso machine and kettle in the room. Breakfast is served at one of two nearby authentic restaurants, offering a rich variety of options. The hotel exceeded even my high expectations!

Breakfast was 7 minutes walk! there was no elevators! And we had to walk in through a busy restaurant that belong to another hotel! nice location

Excellent location right on main drag of Haifa. Opposite our favourite restaurant. We were in the annex not the main building which looked (at reception) to be in better shape. Not a big deal but we never saw any other guests, so I think we could have been given a nicer room.
