Chloé’s dedication didn’t stop there; she greeted us personally at both check-in and check-out, and remained in constant contact throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. She truly went the extra mile to make our trip memorable, smooth, and entirely stress-free. The resort itself is expansive, featuring massive swimming pools and excellent amenities for families. While the beach is pristine and beautiful, the waves can be quite strong, so I’d suggest sticking to the pools for swimming. Thumbs up to the Westin team and a huge thank you to Chloé!

Very well kept, clean, modern, close to some upscale shopping malls and a large park. Some facilities are not fully operational, like the afternoon tea and executive lounge. On site restaurant offers delicious foods but slow and pricey.

The hotel is located next to the mall. Hotel is very clean and everything in good condition and my family like the European design. Though we asked and paid for extra bed, we have to call room service to provide the extra towels/amenities for the 3rd person every night.

Customer service officer is friendly and helpful. Hotel management and staff can’t stop guest from smoking in the room even it is the job-smoking fooor/room. Our room is changed due to the heavy smoking smell even it is being cleaned prior to our check-in.

Everything! All the staff, from the doormen to the reception staff, were cheerful, professional and friendly. The room was cleaned every day. The double bed was massive and very comfortable. There was a wide range of foods available at the breakfast buffet, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. We also ate a few times at their Tang Court; I really recommend their dim sum. We spent every afternoon by the infinity pool; it was low season, which meant it was quiet during the day, and we were able to enjoy the view in peace. Hotel was a few minutes walk from a shopping centre (万像城）with a huge range of restaurants; during our stay we ate at five or six different restaurants here and the food in every single one was amazing. Hotel is also across the road from Ever Green Park; we enjoyed our stroll through the park on our first afternoon; the path through the park took us along the coast and we saw loads of butterflies and small crabs. Would love to stay here again.
