The Pullman Haikou was an extremely well-presented hotel with an excellent room and lovely grounds and pool area. Our flight to New Zealand departed at 3.30am which meant we had to check-out at 11.30pm so didn't get to stay the night in fact had to make sure we didn't fall asleep! The hotel was in a great location and reasonably priced to relax and rest up prior to the long-haul flight home. The hotel staff we very helpful and friendly. They sorted out taxis for us and had people able to speak English rather than just using the translate app on the phone. Nothing all good.

Nice facilities. Enjoyed the Breakfast.? The staff were great and cleaned the up the tables quickly and restocked the food choices. Enjoyed the hot pools and facilities abs staff were great. The room presented very nice but the room smelled musty as though no one had stayed in the room for a long time and affected my allergies making it very severe. The air conditioning wasn’t working and we asked for it to be checked and adjusted so it would work and as well to have the air filter changed. When we returned nothing seems to have been done as the AC still wasn’t functioning properly and the air still smelled bad as though filled with impurities

I loved everything about the property! Although the beers could be actually chilled. I ordered beers while in Haikou and I noticed that it is not really cold (as in chilled)… that was the only disappointment thing. If you are paying 35RMB for a beer, you expect it to be cold.

Like to pay compliments to breakfast Restaurant Manager Jofee. She is pleasant, helpful and friendly. The check in desk was helpful too particularly a Miss Fang (I do not remember her first name). Our rooms were upgraded and the breakfast was totally awesome, wide range and delicious. We stayed at 2 other hotels in Hainan and Pullman's breakfast was the best. Chinese restaurant had good food too. Location was a bit far from city.

The room was well equipped and view/environment was tranquil and beautiful. The bell boy service was excellent! They are attentive and helped to navigate the transport system Nth!

Amazing and polite stuff, clean rooms! One of the best things super clean&nice swimming pool, which is most of the time pretty empty, so you can enjoy the whole pool yourself, also hot springs available. I will definitely come back here if i even come to Haikou again 10/10 ??? Only one thing, i wish evening there was a dinner time, but anyway they have room service so they deliver food you want to the door, very easy and quick, all food i ordered was really delicious ??

Very nice room, wonderful staff. Really tasty and very varied breakfasts. I really liked the hot springs. There were some communication difficulties in the restaurant, but we were able to overcome them. Thanks to the staff!
