Reasonable price. Nice location. The front desk speak very limited English but they’re all nice. The mat for the shower floor is molding & bath room should be a little cleaner. Lot of dirty spots.

Hotel in quiet location near water and park. Room upgraded on arrival. Breakfast good selection. Clean and comfortable. Good value.

Just ok, a bit rundown The use of the swimming pool costs extra, and it was not communicated prior.

Conveniently located close to a bus stop that can take you to shopping centres. Nice spot on the bay so you can easily go for a walk along the water and down further to some big parks. Buffet breakfast is great too. The building is quite old and needs some renovations. Also was disappointed that many smoked inside despite there being signs saying not too.

It was just what we need it to stay for a week in Haikou working away from home but still we had a place that was like home to go to Having no Chinese I would have like the staff to have some English basic English would do. Some had, I would advise management to initiate English class bénéficiant for the business but also rewarding for staff

Great hospitality! Personnel spoke English and helped with local transportation (DiDi) and other staff. Breakfasts were also abondant. Location is a little bit away from the center, but next to the seaside and we had great walks in the evening and jogging in the morning.
