I spent 3 nights to stay at this hotel and I made a right decision to book this hotel. I felt comfortable staying here not just because of the room decoration (Japanese style) elegant which made me feel relaxed after long day for business trip. The breakfast is pretty good. The hotel is quite near from the airport. They could have improved guest service better if they focus to care the guest during the check-in such as welcome drink, more detailed room service (how to access wifi, swimming pool and other services) rather than let the guest explore by their self.

Nice and comfort bed room. Excellent cleaning, quiet circumstance. A good hotel to take a rest. Room fee is a little bit too high that push me to think about other choices in my pocket.

No where up to Nikko standard. Only one elevator is working during our stay. The room is small and the carpet is not clean. Nikko is a Japanese brand in Vietnam yet everywhere is Chinese sign which is really confusing.

Excellent luxury hotel. The deluxe twin room was spacious and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the pool. The beds were soft and comfortable. The bathroom had all the necessities and was very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall we had a pleasant time at Nikko Hotel Hai Phong and would definitely come here again. The location is a bit far from the city centre but is close to Aeon Mall.

Pillow menu was a great bonus made a few bookings for the services but when I arrived they were not the same as what was reserved

A well-known hotel brand, I have stayed in this hotel many times, and it has always been an enjoyable stay. The staff are always friendly. Location is a few kilometres from the airport, and there are places to eat and have a drink nearby. Aeon supermarket is just 1 kilometre from the hotel and also has a large selection of restaurants and eateries and plenty of shops.

The facility is good, clean and super nice. I like the design and my room was so cozy, make me feel so comfortable when i stayed there. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I will stay at Nikko whenever i go back to Haiphong.
