Very nice hotel, neat n clean

We had a VIP room that was spacious and tidy. I really liked seeing the beautiful pagoda across the water channel. Great blackout and magnetic curtains. A small sign by a few wall switches would have been helpful. The switches need to be on if you want hot water for a shower.

Room was clean, quite beautiful, and had spectacular views Staff were exceptionally helpful. Location was great - copious restaurants, coffee shops in the street, and the locals were very nice too. Shower was a handheld nozzle, but no shower curtain, meaning there was no way for me to wash without making an almighty mess (sorry cleaners!). Bed was very hard, but that's normal in Asia - better get used to it if you're going to venture outside the tourist zones.
