Perfect location. Morning market just right behind the hotel, ORIX car rental store is just few hundred meter away from the hotel. Room very clean and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing.

I thought the staff was excellent. They helped me look for restaurant recommendations and were friendly. The rooms didn't have a good temperature control. The only way to cool down the room was by opening a window or being careful to not turn on the heat too long

The hotel was very nice! The rooms were a good size. The bathroom was small but efficient. The amenities included were very nice! Breakfast buffet was full of delicious Japanese food! It’s very close to the sea! A short walk from the Memorial Museum and the wharf! Some of the side dishes in the breakfast buffet aren’t labeled well. So, instead of mashed yams I ended up with cod roe.

Perfect hotel. Good location, amazingly friendly staff and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was sooo good as wel. So many options (Japanese and Western) and everything tasted immaculate.

This bed had to be the most comfortable bed of my whole trip - even better than the 4 - 5 star hotels I have stayed in. I had a lovely view of the harbour and distant snow-capped mountains. The hotel is conveniently close to Hakodate Station. However, the surrounding streets are not in the best condition for pedestrians dragging luggage. Very well priced hotel. Lots of free amenities were much appreciated, including a bottle of water. Bigger room than other APA hotels i have stayed in, so there is enough space to lay my suitcase out. The shower was a little annoying as the shower head kept turning itself towards the wall. Good water pressure, though. Heating got a little too hot during the night.
