Awesome view and kind staff! Great breakfast options that were delivered to our room. Really tried to accommodate us as guests.

Very spacious and clean, with complete kitchen facilities and a place to actually sit down and have a meal. Refrigerator size was like a regular small apartment type, so we could keep quite a lot of beverages and foods cold. It was about twice the size of a regular business hotel, and I could really relax. The staff is very cordial and helpful. The microwave oven directions can be written on a sheet with translations into English, like we had for the TV directions. Also, the hot water button in the bathtub area that cancels the hot water to the kitchen should be explained. But we dealt with those things by asking for help at the front desk, and with phone app translations. All in all, definitely recommend this hotel. Close to the train station and practically next door to the famous fish market, and walking distance to the harbor shops. Very convenient location.

We had a sitting area with a couch and also a small balcony. The hotel was in walking distance to many of the sites. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but on request they take orders for breakfast from outside and have it delivered to your room.

The most spacious room I've experienced in Japan, with hotel-level services. Staff was super friendly. Location was strategic, right beside the morning market. Lots of food option around. Walking distance to the JR station.

Very conveniently located within 5 minutes of train station. We could walk 10-15 minutes to more popular spots e.g. red brick warehouse and then further up to Mount Hakodate railway (which unfortunately closed early due to weather). The next day, got breakfast from nearby seafood market before checking out. It was a short yet very comfortable stay, complete with all the amenities you need within reach. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable too. There's a big living room, toilet and balcony which is a welcome change from usual Japan hotels.

The room is big and with kitchen. The facility is sufficient. TV is locked without playing YouTube.

Perfectly located a few minutes walk from the station, near restaurants and main transportation. We stayed in a quadruple room with 2 bedrooms and a huge living room. There was a kitchen space ideal for long stays and the bathtub in the bathroom had a nice view of the city. Great amenities as well, not to mention a huge sofa and a smart TV (working for real) There is no breakfast venue but people can choose to have it delivered in the room or going to nearby restaurants Huge balcony Only one option for western breakfast... but fish lovers will be happy

The room had a kitchenette. The view from our room was good. We were happy to be able to stay here. The location was close to the train station, which worked out very well.
