We stayed in a corner room, and there was a nice view, but only from the bathroom. We enjoyed having breakfast at the fish market. There were a fair amount of free amenities available in the lobby. It was great having a washer/dryer in our room. The lounge looks better in pictures. The entrance area looks quite simple considering the price we paid for the room. Even though we liked the functionality of the room, it seemed overpriced compared to other hotels so we stayed in.

Nice size room, views and location were great. Staff was ok at check in and great in the lounge.

All the staff, and especially Ito, were incredibly kind, helpful and hospitable! My son and I loved every minute at your hotel and can’t wait to come back and recommend to friends from the USA and around the world who want to visit Hakodate! Thank you Ito for all your help - we are very grateful to you! Sarah Stuart Nothing

Convenient location. Nice open-air bath on the rooftop. No restaurant or cafe at site.

It’s a great location, room was nice with amenities and info.

The location was good, right next to the morning market and walking distance from Hakodate JR station. The hotel provided free coffee and tea at the lobby and at the lounge level for all guests which was a nice touch. They made all the guests wait till 3pm sharp to check in. The lobby was not spacious and was a tight squeeze when most guests arrived before 3pm and had to wait there with all their luggage. Maybe the hotel can consider starting to check in guests at ard 2.30pm to prevent overcrowding at the lobby.

Great location, close to the markets and the red brick warehouses. Washer/dryer in the room was great. Breakfast meal voucher you can use at various places.
-
The location is very close to the train station, with views of the water, and a pleasant stroll to the main shopping areas.
-
Great location, just across the morning market and the harbour, and short walking distance to the red brick warehouse. The sunset view from the lounge is amazing. Free drinks at the lounge at specific times. Washer+dryer in your own room itself which is super handy and they also provided clothes detergent. Parking fee was a little steep compared to other hotels we have stayed in Hokkaido.

The location is near the morning market, walkable to the JR line station, red brick shopping etc. It’s very well positioned and has many nearby amenities. The Onsen pricing is already included and the onsen is clean, decent and easily accessible. The service staff is not very friendly, flexible or very conversant in English. The bed combination can’t be changed to a king bed. The room cleaning only happens once per week. the partnered parking next door requires you to pay 1000yen per night and you can change the pass over the counter for this arrangement if you try really hard explaining that you have rented a car for your long stay here. We booked for 13 nights, and they didn’t even allow us to complimentary 4 hours checked out since our flight is in the evening. They can’t help to book airport transfer either.

This hotel is in an incredible location, just a short walk from Hakodate Station and only a minute from the morning market. One of the best perks was the breakfast voucher, which let us choose from 18 different stalls at the market. It’s also perfectly placed within walking distance of Lucky Pierrot (Burger store) which was a huge bonus. The room itself was spacious and our room offered an amazing view of the Hakodate portside. I also really appreciated the in-room washer and dryer, being able to do laundry at our own leisure for free was so convenient. Another thoughtful touch was the lobby’s live updates on the Hakodate Ropeway status, which made it easy to plan our trip up the mountain. It’s a well-thoughtout. Cant wait to stay another their other branches in other parts of the Japan.
