The room was too small. We could not even open a suitcase.

Love the location, especially being so close to one of the top wagyu beef restaurant The rooms are a bit tight, so it is a bit hard to access items in our suitcase.

I think everyone enjoyed. Wish there was a hair dryer. Slippers we had were used ones.

Within walking distance to Train Station which is beside the Bus Terminal. Lawson Mart is just beside the Hotel and also the seafood market. All within reach within5 min Everything was almost perfect. Staffs are helpful

I got a room with window that shows the water, but we were given 2nd floor and all I can see were stairs and walls. Please invest more on people who can speak better english. Staff were nice but had a hard time speaking in english.

The breakfast was disappointing for me. It was just Japanese style (rice,fish,vegetables). Usually most places will have bread or pastries, eggs and sausage and bacon but they didn’t have anything at all. Also it was super crowded so I couldn’t get a seat anyway.

Location was very close to Hakodate Station and Morning Market, making it easy to access some tourist spots and transportation nodes. For the value I paid and the facilities offered, I think this hotel was quite worth its value.

Everything in this hotel meets our expectation. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The room is quite small, but it is understandable for Japanese standard.

The room was overall clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, too. What I love the most was the location. It was super close to the JR station and a tram stop, making it easier to travel around the city and going to the Shinkansen station. It was also next to the famous local morning seafood market. This made my trip more enjoyable on snowy days. The stay is worth the price. I booked it only a few days before the check-in but it was still economical. I was assigned to the room right next to an elevator so the room space felt a bit narrow but still enough for a person. There was a mysterious red droplet on the towel rack in the bathroom. It looked somewhat like it was from a melted candle but I was concerned so I didn't use the towel.
