Large clean rooms Felt on your own

We had a rental car in Hakone so I cannot comment on the location but it was very convenient to have our own parking spot by the house. Amenities were sufficient and the house is a great modern place with an AMAZING shower and bath. The toilet seats go up on their own and that was very cool! The minibar was complimentary but I wished there were more than just alcohol stocked up. The beds were nice and comfortable too. Definitely will consider coming back another time. Wished the TV was bigger as it seemed small when we were watching from the couch. No stovetop to cook and no washing machine to do laundry.

Location is not friendly to travellers without car and is very quiet at night. The villa which is suppose for 6 pax staying is unexpectedly small with only 1 shower room and separate toilet is located beside main door which is far from bedrooms. Self check in process is complicated with many information to read up and different sets of check-in codes to use. Heater facility for shower room is not user friendly. Laundry service is provided but at main lobby area which you need to reserve time slots to use.

It was very clean and comfortable. The fridge was stocked full of treats. My son left his soft toy behind- the staff very kindly forwarded it to us by the next day (beautifully packaged with origami!) We have no complaints- very quiet area and suitable for families.

Roomy and clean. The complimentary drinks and snacks were nice. The automated door access procedure was a bit confusing and complicated. Would’ve preferred physical card keys rather than punch codes.
-
A little far from transit stations.

A perfect place to stay! Easy remote check-in. Very spacious, with two large and comfortable bedrooms upstairs and a cozy living room downstairs—offering both privacy and space for everyone. Located in a quiet area. The fridge is stocked with complimentary welcome drinks. The living room is clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything is stylish and modern. There’s a parking lot right next to the entrance. It’s best to arrive by car. Plenty of restaurants just a few minutes’ drive away. All was good

- High quality facilities and classy decoration (e.g. jacuzzi, kitchen, new TV, soft bed, efficient aircon) - Very beautiful exterior and interior! Feel like a heaven in the forest - Staff responded almost instantly (even during late night) and provided free drinks (including. ??) Not easy to find! Basically inaccessible if you have no car - no internal onsen

The amenities, service, location, staff, cleanliness, just everything.

This is a whole condo, with a living-room, toilet and and kitchen downstairs, and a bedroom and full bath upstairs. Everything is very clean and the construction is new. It was very refreshing after tiny city apartments. It is within easy walking distance of the Lalique Museum, which is truly worth a viewing. Our hostess was immediately available when we had trouble with the locks, for which we were much appreciative. There is a full-size Japanese bathroom with tub and shower, stocked with luxury shampoos and soaps. The hostess left us snacks, beverages, and even a bottle of champagne. I take an on-line class once a week and was able to sit at the desk downstairs and attend without disturbing my husband asleep upstairs. There are 2 small grocery stores within a half-kilo walk, and a number of small restaurants nearby. Not so much a « not like » as be aware: this property is not in the town of Hakone or anywhere near the rail station. It is 8+ miles uphill by bus or taxi. From the bus stop, it is about half a kilo walk to the property. We took a taxi there on arrival, and our taxi driver seemed hesitant to leave us there, asking if we were certain. The neighborhood is a mix of newer housing and run down properties (it felt quite safe to us). The village, Sengokuhara, is smallish, and has a few dozen shops and restaurants. If you plan to eat out every meal, you might feel limited in your options. If you plan to take the bus down the hill in the morning, be prepared. It will be crowded. There is space for luggage, but it fills fast.

Superb
-
Cozy house with full kitchen equipments. Located in quiet place in the middle of Hakone area. Left bed is too soft.
-
They provided lots of free minibar and the place is comfy and look pretty new
-
A really great place, has all the amenities you might need. Staff were super helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend! No issues

We stayed there a family of five and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment felt luxurious and cozy.
-
A little bit out of the way - hard to walk from the bus stops with suitcases. Should’ve booked a car or a taxi.
-
Fantastic apartment for 2 couples or for a family. The extras provided were most appreciated and could not fault it. The staff were very helpful and it was so relaxing
-
It was a beautiful property, an easy walk to the Lalique museum and bus services. It was very technologically complicated. I had to read the instructions many times and assist my friends to turn to shower on.
-
Very nice and quiet area, plenty of room and the heated bathtub was amazing. The kids had a great time- very family friendly. The property was a little hard to find and Check in processes was a little confusing but otherwise everything else was great.

Great accomodation. Best of our Japan trip. Anyone staying in Hakone or Lake Kawaguchiko should stay here.
