The breakfast is banh mi that self made by the owner, and it's just perfectly well made and tasty. The owner make sure our banh mi just fresh from the kitchen since we come right away after Halong Bay marathon. Some of my friends are muslim, and the hotel banh mi left a good impression to them. Another side dish like fruit and cake just good too, but the banh mi steal the highlight. Apart from that, the room are spacious. It looks like new hotel since hotel is clean and. the owner are helpful too. Just ask them if you need help

The rooms are really modern and clean, we liked the beds in the twin room as they were big and comfortable. We also checked in really late after contact with the owner. We used the laundry service and our clothes were returned in a couple of hours, which was fab There is a large electric billboard for SunWorld opposite the hotel, which is lit brightly and plays loud music until 10pm every night, which is slightly annoying. We booked a day trip boat tour through the owner and it was really bad.

The room was lovely, clean, modern, secure and homely. The proprietor Trung was an absolute star. He arranged a 5 star cruise at Halong bay for us which was great value, 7 courses and I couldn’t manage dessert. The food was out of this world! He also arranged us a private car to Nimh Binh at an excellent price compared to other options. His family are adorable too. A proper family hotel that genuinely have your interests at heart without ripping you off. I would definitely come straight back here as a first port of call and it’s in a central location to all amenities and excursions. Thank you so much for all your help. ❤️ Like every hotel I’ve experienced in Vietnam after 8 days, they don’t put milk in their tea but there’s a mini mart 30 seconds around the corner so not a big deal.

Room and bathrooms are big in size but there is a lot of noise from outside as it's located near the main road. Couldn't sleep in the afternoon due to honking of vehicles and loud noises from road. It gets better in the night but won't recommend if you are a light sleeper. Also on requesting the man at reception for a quieter room, I got a reply that it is not his fault if the noise is coming from outside and I should plan a holiday in Iceland instead!! Very rude

breakfast was amazing, the hosts wife went above and beyond when we said no meat and the cheese bread was so yummy! The owners helped us sort a cruise and an overnight sleeper to Da Nang - he is super helpful and they are a lovely family. They have a laundry service and fixed my trousers, nothing was too much trouble. The place is ideal for Sun World and its why I choose it and it had great reviews. Everything is brand new, beds are super comfortable and the shower is amazing - nothing to dislike about this hotel or the hosts the only thing that bugged me a bit was the electric bill board across the road - it was loud and it was advertising Sun World BUT it went off at 10pm so didn't affect my sleep so wasnt really an issue in general. I would 100% book this place again if I was to return.

Lovely room, very clean. The hosts were amazing very kind and helpful. Perfect location in between beach and restaurants and shops. Room was just perfect for what we wanted.

Great hotel, very good value for money! Location was great fro exploring Halong. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom was great! We enjoyed the breakfast that was made for us daily. You can book any trips to Halong bay through the hotel, which is great. Hotel is near the amusement park and some night clubs, so there can be loud noises late at night.
