Staff do not speak english. This is not beachfront hotel as indicated at Booking.com This hotel located 850 meters from beach in the urban area. The surroundings are partly abandoned. There are NO sea view rooms. The best view - just wall of the nearest window. Stairs unsafe. Elevator extremely slow. Extra services from hotel are pricy.

Great value for money, staff were friendly, included breakfast was good. TV, aircon, fan and beds were comfy. It was clean. Some mozzies and ants around, but not bad. Manageable.

I loved every minute of my stay, the staff are so friendly, helpful and the heart of this hostel. They stayed to let me in at 4am, arranged my trips and transport at discounted prices. The hostel is very clean, the beds comfortable, good showers nice and warm and powerful. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was amazing. Food is available and the laundry service good. The hostel is in a great location away from noise and close to the beach and walking distance to the town and market. I can't say enough good things about this hostel, they made me smile, because they are so happy and great hosts. Would Highly recommend this hostel for a stay in halong. and will come back again in the future.

I got the private room and it was very spacious, the bed was huge and the staff were all very friendly and helped me book my tour to ha long bay for a better deal than online along with pick up and drop off It’s in a new area so it is not very lively at all but good and drinks are a quick grab away.

Comfy beds and it was very cheap The dorm room had some type of sewage back up, so it really stunk and it was also pretty musty

Such a beautiful, quiet and very clean hotel. The owner a cool and helpful guy, friendly and welcoming staff. Staff doesn't speak English, but I had fun conversations with the owner. Everything you need is right there. I would definitely recommend and i would definitely be staying here again. Value for money. The owner has cruise and transport/shuttle service options and will organise everything for you. I booked a 6h-day cruise with him and got discount. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. You can pay by card (3% fee) or cash. I was able to check-in early without paying extra. You can also leave your bags there if early check-in is not possible. You get a key-card and there is an elevator. The hotel has a coffee shop that serves delicious coffee/tea/drinks and western meals. They have a shop for snacks and you can rent a motorbike (hourly or daily). They have a laundry service payable by kg too. The WIFI was fast and reliable. The room was very spacious with a cupboard, kettle, powerful hairdryer, cups with spoons and glasses supplied. Free water, toilet paper and fresh towels daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, with bedside tables and a lot of power sockets to choose from. A big smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. You can open the windows for fresh air. A little table and chair by the window. Powerful aircon. No mirror in room, only in bathroom. Big shower with natural light and a window. Great water pressure and temperature. Adjustable and removable showerhead. Soap, toothbrush, cotton buds, comb, shampoo supplied. I was there in low season, so it was very quiet, but that is what i wanted. Walking distance from the beach. There are very few restaurants or things to do close by, but the main area with the cable cars, etc. is reachable by foot if you enjoy walking, or just a taxi ride away. There are a lot of grab cars in the area, but not grab bikes. The hotel does not have a rooftop or pool. No bedside lamps, but there is a switch for the main light. The elevator is a bit slow. But this was not much of a bother.

Room was huge, clean and and modern. Good breakfast and excellent smoothies and coffees. 10 min walk to the beach. Could hear when upstairs room flushed their toilet and there was a sound of dripping water when I first arrived but that stopped. It's about a 20min walk to local restaurants but taxis are a reasonable price

Clean and good location. The staff are really kind and attentive. ? I had the queen Bedroom and it seems like the pipes water are on the ceiling which make noise by night when you are sleeping everytime someone flush or take shower .
