Thiết kế tổng thể ok, mới, hầm đỗ xe, Đồ ăn khá ngon (ăn sáng), thử ăn trưa 1 bữa rất ok Chủ đầu tư nên sửa để xứng với 5* và bán dc giá cao hơn: 1, wc bé và bí lắp thêm quạt thông gió, đập 1 bức tường làm 1 vách kính nhìn ra phòng thì tắm vẫn ngắm biển dc mà nhìn nó rộng :) 2, nên làm rooptop bar nó đẹp, thêm tiện ích và có thêm doanh thu, ksan nó sang hơn nhiều, khách giàu có chỗ tiêu tiền 3, bỏ quầy bánh ở sảnh làm cho nó đẳng cấp hơn xứng tầm 5* ....

This is my second stay with family, the rooms are cozy and really nice view! Rooms are clean and the interior design is thoughtful for small children. I really love the grab and go bakery in the lobby. There must me not really clear communication between booking.com and the hotel, cause I booked a room for occupancy 3 adults => a suite (1 bed+1 sofa) and ending up to have to pay extra bed service to set up for sofa bed. I wish there is more clear communication regarding beds and no surprises like that.

The view of the bay is not exactly a view of the bay, but only a part of it. Who came up with the idea to place a fire alarm sensor directly above the bed so that it flashes directly into the eye all night and interferes with sleep? You can find something better for this price.

We didn't book a rate that included breakfast, and I thought the price for the breakfast buffet was bit high relative to the room rate. There was also no spa on site to my knowledge, but plenty of places near by.

Clean rooms, great comfortable beds, nice for families, perfect location nearr the mini mart and supermarket and restaurants and amusement park. The breakfast buffet is overpriced comparing to 5 star hotels in Halong as the selection is not much variety.
