ONE DAY BEFORE MY CHECK OUT A STAFF NAME THANH ASK ME WHICH CURRY WOULD YOU LIKE I TOLD HER A CHICKEN CURRY . ON MY LAST NIGHT AT BREAKFAST SHE SUPPLY ME THE CHICKEN CURRY IT WAS VERY DELICIOUS I HIGHLY APPRECIATE.I WILL STAY AGAIN IN THE PROPERTY AGAIN. ALL IS OK

We had a good view of the water, boats, bridge, sky wheel. They did let is check in early and they held our luggage after check out until our leaving time. The staff did try to be helpful but need to be trained a little more in certain jobs. Check in took much longer than it should have. It felt as if the one person at the counter was new. The walls were thin so people next door could be heard and interrupting sleep. On our last night, my mom had new neighbors who let their children run through hallways, yelling, and hitting doors. When she reported disturbance, staff did nothing. The bed was not comfortable for us and we only had 2 thin pillows. In one of our rooms, the chair broke as soon as it was sat in. The breakfast did not have alot that I enjoyed, but others did.

Gorgeous room looking over the bay, very sad to see the damage the typhoon has caused to the town . This hotel was luckily not affected from what we could see. Nothing. It was all amazing!

The location and the view was great. We were going on the Halong bay ferry ride the next day which was a short walk away from the hotel. We had a room with an amazing view of the bay We chose a hotel with a pool so we can swim. When checking in she said it was open. We got our swimmers on to find out it was closed, first cleaning ?

Breadfast was just oki as we did expect like a buffet breakfast, but overall it is oki I think it would have been better if we travel in May, the weather was quite wet and foggy when we were there.

Excellent hotel facing the bay. Very clean and well maintained. We loved the service and the staff too. Breakfast was delicious. Nothing in particular. Bed size was small

Hotel is clean with good house keeping daily. Arrived early and was told room was not ready. After 10min was told can check in if pay for early check in fees. Despite paying for early check in, found shower heater and room card don't work until 12 noon. This is our main gripe in otherwise good staying experience.

Room size was big, we stayed in an executive suite room. Location of the hotel is good. There was some major maintainance work (replacement of floor carpet on the passage). We got to know about this only when we got out of the room for breakfast on the second day of our stay!! They should have moved our room to another floor, as there were plenty of rooms unoccupied! This is poor planning and careless customer service!
