Ha Long Seasun Hotel

We were looking for the hotel which is close to the beach - 5 mine walk, not the the city centre (about 20 mins walk). Very helpful stuff, nice room with comfortable bed for really good money.

Disappointing

Good place but some things like in the toilet of room 507 are broken. Repairing things would be easy. Sound of party place far away too loud and can be heard until later in the night. That club should be shut down.

The hotel looks very nice and new, but it was completely dirty. Someone had already slept in the bed, because there was all kinds of hair in it. The refrigerator was full of mold. We were supposed to have breakfast, but that was suddenly no longer available. We got a discount on the overnight stay, but you couldn't find anything to eat in the area. After this dirty room we were given another room. This one was a bit better, but this bed had yellow stains all over it.

Nice hotel, definitely worth the money we paid for. And you can get nice offers for the Ha Long bay cruise for about $110 per person.

The hotel is located directly in the city centre, which makes it perfect to explore the centre by feet! I unfortunately missed the breakfast (my own fault, I slept until 9, which is the time the breakfast finishes), but the man at the reception was very nice and I got eggs and nice juices to eat :). All the staff were very nice! The room is clean, the size is perfect, it is well equiped. I would come back here!

It is a new hotel! It is clean, well decorated and the beds are so comfortable. We booked the room with breakfast and the food was good! The manager, Phuong is THE best! He went above and beyond helping us with boat tour and car arrangement for the next destination. He even gave me a free car ride to the town for dinner. All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel. Awesome facility with affordable price! None

The staff was extremely helpful and the trip provided by them was great too!! They refund a trip to one of us who got sick and wasn't able to join is for the cruise. They also allowed us to use one room until 7pm The rooms were really really small and the localisation is quite far from any restaurant or nice views

Nice Clean area of Halong very quiet Could be closer to restaurants and bars

Only one night there hope for more. Is a family business, they are so attending and helpful. Location is not far from the centre. The free breakfast I call it authentic HaLong Bay twist. Room could be cleaner.

Clean and comfortable rooms for really good prices. The hotel itself is nice and breakfast was tasty. The best part are the employees - the receptionist drove me to the bus stop when I was struggling to get a taxi and thought I was going to miss my bus and then didn’t want to take any money for it- so lovely of him to help me out like that, thank you!! nothing

The hotel is brand new, the room ıs great and clean. The staffs were very hepful and friendly. Highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful and tended to every need we had. Especially Jhonny the manger helped us out a lot with booking cruises, buses and tell us what to do in the city. Seasun Hotel is a great place to stay but unfortunately due to the low season we came in the city town was empty with no tourist and hardly any restaurants open. Nothing wrong with the hotel it’s more of a location problem.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The staff was great and the price was right. The breakfast was okay, not great. White bread, eggs, coffee and a little fruit. But for the price, we won't complain. The only negative is the location. Far away from everything, and most buildings in the area are abandoned or not completed yet. But we had free bikes and were able to ride to a couple restaurants. Plus the beach was just a few minutes away. During summer, it would be better. All in all a good value. Next time I would stay on the east side of town, across the bridge, or near the cruise port. Many more restaurants, shops and people.

Located in a perfect area. Close enough to shops and attractions, but still remain the peaceful and private atmosphere. The whole team is always smiling, polite and friendly. That makes you feel at home! Nothing. Everything was great!
