Room spacious Breakfast

Close to boat harbour and Sunworld entrance with plenty of restaurants around. The breakfast had plenty of choices for most nationalities. The noise from the nightclub which is far away can be annoying for some.

Big buffet breakfast, the room was huge, modern and comfortable, the hotel was clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent and location was great walking distance to main strip of restaurants It’s a chain hotel so there were a few in the same area and taxi got confused of which one it was took us to the wrong one .

Buffet breakfast The location is not close to center or beach The staff at the reception don’t speak English Extremely noisy and full of kids running at the corridor late at night. Couldn’t sleep and when I called the reception they didn’t solve the problem. People from Vietnam are rude, noisy, scream and have no education when it comes to educate children. A 4 star hotel can’t allow children running and screaming, knocking at all rooms at 23h at night, disturbing clients. I will never come back to this hotel and I will not recommend it to anybody.

Staff were fantastic when alerted to the fact it was my partners birthday during our stay. They went above and beyond to decorate the room and provide a birthday cake, while wishing her a happy birthday. Hotel itself, facilities and room were all extremely clean, well decorated and furnished. Hotel is located within walking distance of grocery stores and bars and restaurants. There is a night club located next door but we were not aware of any noise or disturbances. The bathroom can become slippery after use of the shower. Maybe some rubber matting / slip proof flooring would be a good idea.

The room was so beautiful and big. it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was so good. The food was great, the staff in the restaurant were awesome. Great gym with weights and bike and treadmills. I had a wonderful stay. Nothing it was amazing

Some of the staff were helpful and accommodating. Big shout out to Lôc who booked us a limousine to Hanoi and cancelled the rest of our booking. To be honest Lôc was an outstanding help to us and really redeemed how we felt about this hotel/ our experience. He was very helpful and friendly, thank you Lôc! The other staff always had a smile and appeared mostly friendly. The view from the room was very beautiful, where you could see the islands in the ocean. The room was big and the TV had Netflix. Firstly, the location is awkward. Throughout our stay in Vietnam we have been able to walk to different locations from the hotel. The staff recommended us to catch a Grab to get dinner even with venues so close. After the staff helped us find a vegan venue we caught a Grab there and to our surprise it was closed. We then walked 15 minutes back to the hotel. Which was an okay walk, the streets were a little isolated and most restaurants were closed. After the failed attempt at getting dinner elsewhere we decided to order room service from the menu provided for us in our room. We ordered with a very kind and friendly lady who came to our room to take our order. 5 minutes had passed since our order was taken and we received a call to our room to tell us that the chef has run out of ingredients and that we could not get dinner using room service. A lady did recommend another restaurant that would cater to our dietary needs that we could catch a Grab to instead but we were feeling disheartened after our first attempt were the restaurant was closed. At this point it was about 7pm and we decided to order food online. This was very difficult for us to find vegan food as we do not speak Vietnamese and trying to use google translate for all of the different restaurants menus was timely and almost impossible. I ended up finding some Indian food and organised delivery via Facebook. The staff could have been more accommodating by assisting us in ordering food especially because we have dietary requirements and considering room service wasn’t an option for us. Secondly, there appeared to be very little people staying in the hotel yet we had a family next door to us which was very noisy. Breakfast was tasty but also very limited. We have been staying at a 3 star hotel and the services and breakfast have been much much much better (except for Lôc he was exceptional).

Room was comfortable and clean. Food was tasty, cheap and quantity was good. Though every day they said that they were out of stock and only fried rice and noodle are available. Nothing else were possible to serve. First night we were forced to go out to have dinner, and on the second day I went to the dinning area wrote a recipe with the available stock of ingredients, translated it in their language with the help of Google translator and explained the chef how to prepare it. It was a lot of pain. The staff tried to take commission from the boat cruise and taxi we booked through the hotel. Over charged us for them.They booked boat cruise, and taxi for us and charged extra than the market rate, and took commission out of that. They asked for 650,000vnd for airport drop we bargained with the taxi driver for 600,000 vnd who agreed to it but the young man on night duty told the driver not to agree in their language right in front of us, when we refused to hire him and instead go with alternative taxi, he couldn't manipulate. Where as a local taxi agreed to go at 500,000vnd only . Any boat cruise charged 700,000 vnd and less, but the reception arranged 780,000vnd on the pretext of good and safe cruise, where as everyone else in the cruise paid less than us.
