The room was very small, almost claustrophobic, located in the basement. Outside the window a lot of trasches. So room stinks like old socks. During check in I had to scan the code and fill and type all necessay data, include passports No, on phone. Minewhile the clerk was standing and clicking something in computer and smiling. Its much more easy and faster to type in using normal keyboard than on smartfon. Generaly.... - very very poor.

Stuff needed fixing, like the pipe for the hose in the shower, Bed was unmade, .

Almost nothing! We paid 90€ per night and asked for a fan, but no one responded. Before reservation I called and asked for the air conditioner or a fan, they said yes on the phone, but when we arrived they didn’t do anything. Abandoned building that had no maintenance for a while. They charged 90€ per night only because of half marathon. And after I asked for the normal rate because the marathon got cancelled, no one responded. This is kind of a scam because the pictures shown here are not the same as what you see in reality. I request a refund and price matching claim for this stay because the rate was identical to a 4 star hotel but the service was like a guesthouse.

Curtains in every of third rooms were hanging on every second or third fixing. Vent inlet in one of the rooms was damaged and generated strange sounds in the toilet. Even hooks for jackets were installed upside down, so they didn't keep jackets properly....

Nothing comes to mind. The bed, tv, the pillows, the parking. Som Stranger tucked my parking spot which I paid for.

Twin room was small but clean and enough for our overnight stay. What was absolutely amazing are personal, from receptionists (especially Ahmed) to janitors they are all super nice, friendly and helpful. We definitely come back. Lack of air-conditioning, but that's usual at Germany.

Das Bett war angenehm und die Dusche war sehr angenehm und sauber! Der Boden war recht dreckig und aus dem Spülkasten des Klos kam irgendwo Wasser heraus. Die Fenster konnte man aufmachen, allerdings war die Kippfunktion etwas kaputt und sie gingen schwer auf, davor war es sehr heiß in den Zimmern. Die Mitarbeutwr:innen waren alle sehr freundlich!

The place is very clean and close to connectors, especially the metro. The Reception crew is excellent Ahmed and Yasmine help you with any need and very kind.
