Outside area of the hotel is nice to sit and relax at. Also during busy hours the waiter comes to you for food and drinks.

Everything was great; the room, breakfast, cleanliness. I stayed with my family, and the location is great, everything was easily accessible. Ofcourse, the free minibar:) The parking area was a bit congested for us, but that is also understandable for cities like Hamburg:)

Spacious room, very good breakfast options, free minibar, location in city center. The public transport options are not that good, the bus line which has the stop in front of the door can be quite unreliable. Also I recommend parking on the street, because the hotel option is way too expensive

It was very modern and clean.The bed was really comfortable.There was a nice selection of complementary drinks in our room.Everything we needed. The breakfast was alittle pricey but there was a great selection to choose from .

Great staff. The breakfast was very good! Very clean! The door to the shower does not close properly, so the water leaks out to the floor. And the parking is a bit expensive..

Beautiful hotel! Our room was really spacious, impeccably clean, and had a lovely bright airy feel to it. We didn't have breakfast here, but did sit in the bar area a couple of times, which was equally lovely. The hotel is a bit far out from the centre of Hamburg and the main sites, but you can walk easily along the canal to an S-Bahn station and take the train a few stops, or if, like us, you don't mind a bit of a walk, you can make it to the opposite side of the city in about 40mins/1 hour on foot. Overall really pleasant stay, would recommend to others and would stay again!
