Good location. Well equipped & comfortable modern room. Quiet and unfussy. Lovely breakfast. Hamburg travel card included if you join the rewards scheme. Decent price. Would look for this hotel brand again Didnt really dislike anything. Lots of storage space. Very few clothes hangers. When I asked for more at reception they didn‘t have any!?!

The hotel rooms were extremely clean and beds really comfy. Breakfast was excellent, all the food tasted fresh and good quality, the best hotel breakfast I've had in a while. The car park was located conveniently adjacent to the hotel, with direct access to the hotel lift. We loved that you could walk across the road to the Planten un Blomen gardens, a spacious park for walking and relaxing in. An unexpected bonus was the views from the rooms and from the areas by the lifts - worth going up to a higher floor to check these out. Can't think of anything!

Great location close to local restaurants and in walking distance to city centre. Very clean room, that looked fairly new Sign for the parking garage was a little difficault to spot

It's average. Pillows are uncomfortable. Blackout curtains do not block anything, if you're sensitive to it, you will wake up with the sunrise. The breakfast area is small for a hotel this size, so it becomes very crowded. The juice machine is funny - you can literally see how it waters down your juice.

Great location. Right next to planten un blomen where the summer fountain concerts take place in the evening. Room cleaning only every 3 days, unless you ask for more frequent. That’s ok, we don’t make much mess, it doesn’t need cleaning very frequently. But by the time the cleaning did happen, the hand wash was empty and shower soap also empty. These were not refilled when room cleaning took place.
