Quiet Modern Confortable Love it A little too far from the City

The beds were comfortable. The room was very stuffy and the bathroom was a little bit lacking. The door to the bathroom was a bit janky and the hand soap was just 3-in-1-adjacent soap that felt strange to wash your hands with (as if washing your hands with body wash or shampoo). The hotel was also pretty far away from everything else in Hamburg, requiring a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest train station on the other side of the bridge. The breakfast was also not free and not cheap either so we got breakfast elsewhere.

Clean and modern. Plenty of parking in lot nearby. Quiet. Pleasant view. Nice to have coffee maker and coffee/tea in room! Internet good.

Overall good, but the parking garage is not free, it costs 12 euro per night.

The location is good but a little bit noisy at night

Very nice, clean and spacious room. A shop nearby. And free parking available. The location wasn’t close to the city center, but it was OK because there’s bus running. The trains were going at night, not too noisy but could be heard.

Room was really neat and tidy as expected and looked like premium one.However the parking facility and location of the Hotel didnt meet my expectation. I recommend for short stay. Parking facilities could have been made near around the hotel.

The property was available to book and the lady at reception in the morning at checkout was nice. Those were the only positive things. Very long list. Unprofessional staff at check in, location horrible. You clearly hear the traffic through the window. Pillows are very thick. The whole building is straight from the 60s and rooms, stairways and elevator haven’t changed in the meantime. I’ll certainly never come back

16 mins walk to metro/local train and you are into the Hamburg magic. Clean rooms, good breakfast and all minimal but needed services that you need.
