Location was good, still fairly good to reach everything and bus stop right outside. Super friendly staff, nice room, very quiet towards the garden despite the busy street. The garden was super. You could open a window at night, bed comfy and I slept soundly. I am sure the staff would have fulfilled every wish but without asking the breakfast was a bit...just boiled eggs, no tea at sight. That said, there was fresh fruit and a great selection of bread. Kettle and some coffee and tea in rooms would have been great too. Towels could do with more changing as they tend to get wet in the wet room/shower. (Drive-in shower with curtain, so it gets flooded a bit:-) Also, bed was a tad small for my liking but very comfy.

Extra welcoming and kind staff! My room was very comfortable and clean. All Hamburg attractions are at easy and quick reach by bus and S-Bahn. Nope.

The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious and the contact before the trip was great. We were arriving after reception would be closed and we were given really good instructions how to find our way
