Quite old, everything a bit shabby. Done mold

Finding a room in the second building was a real quest – first you had to take one elevator, then navigate long corridors in search of a second elevator. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was completely empty, so I had to fill it with shampoo. The desk lamp didn't work. The room was stuffy with the windows closed, and very noisy with them open.

Nothing Very bad attitude from the receptionists after a prepayment booking and making me pay the city tax, they wouldn’t let me take my bike to my room! Even though I informed them before arriving that I’m doing Ironman Hamburg and still they were so stubborn and rude which made me cancel my booking, pay for one night and take my stuff to a better hotel where they know how to treat their customers.. worst hotel ever

Location was great right across the street from the train station and the stop for the hop on hop off. Very tight bathroom, I weigh 185 but if I weighed any more, I wouldn’t have fit on the toliet.

Classy hotel in the heart of the city, so easy to get around town on the trains-even directly to the airport. We loved the sitting nooks on the first floor to hang out in the evenings with our father-in-law, who was staying in a different room. Neitherr of our rooms were big enough to comfortably sit and chat without being on the bed, so we used those common areas and it was great. Also the breakfast was excellent.

Top location at only 60m from Hamburg central station, comfortable room and bathroom No airco in room, breakfast is OK but a bit high priced (19E/person)

The breakfast was plentiful and beautifully presented. Lots of fruits, yogurt, and many delicious seeded bread. It was just perfect. And very clean. EXCEPT FOR THE HEAT. I op-ed my windows and requested a fan. The fan noise disguised the loud voices and horns from the street.

Very convenient for overnight stop. Very close to Hamburg Main station. A bit noisy.

The selections of food were outstanding! My room was very hot. I opened the windows and said the only fan that was available in front of it. My room was also reached by a very roundabout way, lots of twists and turns and steps.

Located by the train station and restaurants bed, the breakfast choices and staff were not very friendly

For convenience and access to trains, buses, and restaurants, you can't beat it. Room was small but comfortable. No coffee service in room. Breakfast was overpriced.

Centrally located across the street from the train station in a bustling neighborhood. Rooms were modern and big enough for one and two people. Very accommodating staff. Overall, highly recommended. It was kind of a maze of rooms and stairways and I kept getting lost.

The hotel including its furnishings and fixtures are very dated and in need of significant refurbishments. Typical of old properties, the floors creak and the walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors which is not good when you're trying to sleep.
