Great place to stay and location excellent for food

Great location, clean and tidy, good security, More cooking utensils, pans.

I could access the property by using a code on keypad lock. The room was very spacious and had a full functioning kitchen with cuterlies, pans, pots, cook top, glasses, fridge, microwave and sink. I can't really think of anything that I didn't like. May be it was a little too quite in the building. The streets were a little noisy when there was a train passing.

The apartment was great - comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The location in Hamilton is terrific, with shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants at the doorstep. The host was also brilliant, helping me with access to the apartment (as I'd lost my glasses and couldn't see the keypad!). She went above and beyond. Nothing springs to mind.

We didn't stay here in the end because the accommodation didn't send us the room code to enter the room then the phone number provided for support was uncontactable at 630pm. It was finally sent at 10pm by which time my father had grown so frustrated that he had already given up and drove 3hrs home. When we asked for a refund the receptionist blamed us for not calling their emergency number which had not been provided. No apology for their failure to provide the entry code in the first place. Shocking customer service.

The property was all that you can ask for: great location on Beaumont Street, (Downtown Beirut cafe on the ground floor has fantastic food, open for breakfast lunch and dinner), the unit was fresh, clean , well appointed, with a large very comfortable bed; clean, fresh, quality linen and in house parking was excellent. All good

The accommodation is very close to the trainbstation and bus..so it is very easy to go around. There are lots of nice restaurants, close to the supermarket. Nothing

Very comfortable with good facilities and excellent staff. Great location. One minute walk to train for Newcastle or Sydney. No real issues. Next to a busy pub so there was some noise. But nothing to deter us from a return.

Location to my appointment Noise from hotel. Noise lasted till 2.30 Saturday night and midnight Sunday. We closed balcony door and turned on air con to combat noise. Parking is a stack system and fortunately my space was available when I arrived and when I left. If you're not used to this system it is a little scarey.
