Location was ideal. Air conditioner, too dark, noisy, beds not neat, noisy refrigerator, . Promised HVAC repair never happened.

The oddest thing about it was that the bathroom doors in the room were barn doors which meant there was no seal to the door and no privacy. A real design flaw.
-
Great location, friendly staff. Lack of attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance.

I traveled with family for a reunion. The hotel staff and accommodations were the highlight of my weekend. Will definitely stay again!!

The advertised pool was closed/boarded up, the entire area was in disarray, and there was even a dead bird on the ground. Our first room was so dirty that I asked to be moved. The second wasn’t much better—there were crumbs on the nightstand, other people’s hair, push pins holding wallpaper to the wall, protective plastic still covering the newly installed shower door, cracked/loose outlet covers, exposed cables hanging from the wall, and tangled cords visible behind the TV. The original floor also had an overwhelming gas/rotten egg/sewage-like odor. Other guests came out of their rooms covering their noses. When I reported it, the front desk said maintenance was using a strong drain chemical. The smell was so bad I asked to be moved to another floor. The property looked nothing like what I expected from the online presentation or a Hilton-affiliated hotel. Dirty, poorly maintained, and concerning. Thankfully, we didn’t bring home bedbugs or anything else. I have pictures to document the conditions. Hilton needs to inspect this property. I would NOT recommend staying here.

I don't know what it was, but this was the BEST time! The room is truly designed for comfort and chillaxin’. At first, I was disappointed because we couldn’t get a king room—everything was sold out. But honestly, once we settled in, we didn’t even notice because the room was just that comfortable. And THE CHAIR! The chair is the highlight of the space. Sit in it and thank me later! 😂 Anyhoo, the area was nice, the beach was the reason we were there, but the room is the reason we’ll return. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a little too soft for my liking, but there were plenty of them to pile up, so that worked out just fine. We walked along the pier that night, which was really nice. The bar food was great, and the to-go portions were generous enough to share. Overall, this was such a nice little couple’s weekend getaway. Comfortable, relaxing, good food, the beach nearby, and a room we actually enjoyed spending time in. We’ll definitely be back—and I’m claiming that chair again!

The staff, location and amenities were great! We stayed 3nights with room temperature ranging from 78 to 80 in August. They immediately sent a tech to fix air upon my complaint. However, we thought once the batteries were changed the air would work. I realized it didn't fix issue and for the next 2 days I just enjoyed amenities in the hotel and area outside of my warm room.

Convenient location.

However, there were other issues I took exception to: The elevators from the lobby are not clearly marked. The doors are covered by giant ads and do not look like an elevator. The room was poorly laid out. When you first come inside, there is the small entryway and bathroom like most hotel rooms. But then there is the bed and a large bench at the foot of it. If you bring in the luggage caddy, you can't get all the way in, thus blocking that entryway and anyone following. A better solution would be to put the bed and bench closer to the big water-view window -- essentially flip the room's layout. The fridge was under a table behind a cabinet door, which is fine. However, ours was not cold. Not even on my hands and knees could I see to adjust the controls. And the shower was stopped up. It was still standing in the morning after I took a shower the night before.
