Did not have the chance to take the breakfast. I like the location because it is near metro station. Also, there are some restaurants around.

Great location. Close to work. 22nd floor is smoke floor. The room is saturated by smell of cigarettes. We had to move to the 23rd floor. The staffs are always nice

Great location. Clean and spacious room. Love the delivery robot and friendly staff. Breakfast is good too Nothing. All good.

It's a great place to stay at. Rooms are quite spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is delicious and surely everyone can find something for themself. Although the staff does not really speak English, they go above and beyond to help you and make you stay pleasant. There is a laundry and ironing room on the 3rd floor, so if you travel for work be prepared you cannot iron your clothes in your room, you'll have to go to a common area.

Good location very close convenience story and metro station. Staff not professional. Even reception can not speak English. Room so dusty not clean enough. Room rent expensive but very bad service. And also breakfast nothing to eat.

It had a very convenient location close to a subway station The atmosphere...it did not make me feel like I was in good hotel. Too hot and crowded.

Location. It is about 300 meters from Metro Train Station on Line 6. Staff no English or very limited English and many non Chinese stay there

I had an enjoyable stay. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I stayed here on my last night in Hangzhou, a bit far from the local attractions, but the area was suitable for my needs as I stayed there during the Asian Games. There was a bit of a language barrier with the staff, but they tried to help as much as possible when I asked for help. I would choose this hotel again if I needed to stay in that area. There are a few cafes near the hotel and a few tables outside. For more options, there is also a good shopping mall with many restaurants, a 5-10 minute drive away (I took a taxi there). Breakfast was also good.
