The staff were all very helpful. Wry accommodating to a first time visitor. The location is a bit far from areas that you might want to visit, but there is a metro very close by in walking distance.

Location is walking distance to the metro and it's in a peaceful area. The wifi can be a bit spotty, but overall its ok.

The room was comfortable. There's a metro stop 2 minutes away that gives you access to the whole of Hangzhou. We arrived at 4pm, a couple hours after check in time. They had more than enough time to clean our room. We had to wait half an hour upon arrival in the lobby for our room to be ready. The lobby smelled awful, the table was sticky, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The location is not great, the bins outside the entrance had fallen to the ground, all the rubbish had fallen out and dogs had ripped through all of it. The entrance was in this state the entire time we were there. This hotel has lots of potential, however the staff clearly do not care enough to make that a reality.
