This hotel is well suited to the traveller that wants to be near local options, upscale coffee, and close enough to old quarter energy. It was nice to leave the hotel and not get assaulted by vendors flogging their wares at you. Room was excellent and a great time to relax. I had a devil of a time getting hot water from the shower.

Notify the staff but he ask if I stay for only 1 night, then I should bare with it as they do not has spare room....I be like wtf?

This was a great place to stay, and the room was spacious too. I loved the fact that we had a washer/dryer inside our room, so we didn't have to worry about running around to do laundry while on vacation. The staff was really nice and professional too. Overall, we had a great experience!!

Well built for purpose. Keep the toilet seat lid down for security from unwanted guests.

Good location We stayed for 4 nights and I have a baby we asked multiple times for daily clerk but it was Very dirty, daily cleaning is nothing at all no change for the sheets or towels, no mopping for floor

Clean, modern and spacious room. Great value. Gym is I’m very bad condition. Doesn’t match the rest of the hotel.

Only nitpick would be that the hot water for the shower only lasted 2 minutes or so. Not quite enough time to have a decent shower if you like it hot.

I was surprised how clean and big the room was with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, nice balcony with the city view.

The suite is spacious and has everything needed for a good stay. The location is close to West Lake which is pretty convenient. And the staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Because the suite faces a main road, the cars sound travels through the window during the day and made our comfort becomes less. When we communicated with the staff they offered to move us to a higher floor which was better.

Staff nice and friendly when I smelled cigarette smoke they moved me in a hurry to a higher room and made sure I still got my clothes from the washer later very kind very clean had Netflix already logged in nice places to eat nearby very nice would stay again I have no complaints

The hotel has opened for around haft year. The reason why it was clean and tidy. The room was modernized. There were a small kitchen with bowls, knife, stove,… and a washing machine as well.

Wow! This was an amazing property for the price. Everything felt new and the facilities were so clean and nice. The location is good too, away from the very touristy parts of the city but still walkable to restaurants and shops. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was great. The only small little thing was that the laundry machine was a bit confusing to figure out, and there was no guide so a little tip sheet for that would’ve been nice. But it was a huge plus to have in unit laundry.

I got an upgrade which was awesome, even though I didn't need the extra space. Everything was nice and new. There was a microwave, washing machine, new smart tv. Aircon worked well. Bed was super comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. A nice city skyline view. The property is a 15 min ride to the Old Quarter, but tbh, I was quite happy to be central but not in the thick of it as the old quarter can be intense. The hotel is close to a 4-lane road, so there is the hum of constant traffic except for the wee hours. But that wasn't problematic from a sleeping pov. One of the lakes was very close by which provided some nice walking strolling opportunities. Bring a face mask if you like to use scooter taxis. There's a button to press that activates heating the water for the shower and this button is on the light switch pad. I didn't realise I needed to press this so 2 out of my 3 showers were tepid. The bathroom sink was blocked and drained very slowly. It was fixed promptly however.
