The property and rooms were well maintained and clean. The staff were super attentive and helpful. The breakfast had good variety. We were near other restaurants and the old quarters with a short walk though we usually opted for Grab rides due to the intense heat. The massages we got at the spa were incredible!!! Nothing

Great location within walking distance of old town but not as noisy or congested as old town. Good sized rooms and bathroom. Very generous breakfast with western and Vietnamese foods, hot omelet or pho to order. Very helpful and friendly staff Generally all positive

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Great value for money. We loved the pool. Great for families as we had adjoining rooms. Not the closest to the old quarter, however as we like to walk this wasn't an issue for us.

Great hotel. Very kind staff, beautiful rooms, got a free upgrade and it was just beautiful! Nothing really. Missed a couple of things on the breakfast only.

The Heritage Ham Long is in a fantastic location. It was ideal for a night out in Old Quarter, Hanoi. On top of that, from the moment you enter the HHL you feel like a VIP. They are young and still growing.

The hotel was clean and the staffs were super friendly. Ready to help in any way possible. Spa was amazing and the pool was good too. I have called in room dining and asked for a pasta and a stir fried chicken. When i ordered the guy didn’t mention there was pork and since i dont eat pork it was very disappointing. Luckily my gf eats pork so she had it. The chicken dish which ordered had only 5-6 small shredded chicken again disappointing. We left our clearance outside the room which was not cleared until the next day. Breakfast buffet was ok. The english muffin on the eggs Benedict was pale. Staffs in all the areas were very accommodating and friendly specially the guy in the pool.

The location is in the heart of the downtown and business & shopping areas and historical sights. The hotel is totally clean and new. The staff is amazing. It’s as good as any European or American Boutique hotel. The breakfast every morning is wonderful and features many choices. If you stayed a week you could eat something new everyday. The full service restaurant features 4 styles of cuisine and total maybe 80 items. And the spa is amazing. Plan at least 4-5 hours to be totally spoiled, but even an hour is worth it. I hated having to checkout and go home! Seriously it was very accommodating and a wonderful property and management.
