The location was easy to commute to the railway station and city center & old quarters. The room with lakeview is exactly we booked and we had a great lake view with bathtub and the experience is great. I don't find any negative in particular. If the staff speaks English, it would be better. We have to rely on translation app to communicate mostly.. Receptionist mostly understands English but we have to repeat twice or thrice with translation app..

The property was in a very good location and close to city attractions. Was very happy with the room/suite. It is hundred percent value for money. Property was right in front of the lake with excellent views. The beds were very comfortable and heaps of space in the suite.

You had the impression you were entering a storage, not a hotel. Far from the center.

Good location, nice room. They tried to give us a worse room than was selected on Booking but after discussing we got a room according to the description. Also drunks in the yard were noisy early in the morning and late in the evening.

Clean, easy, check in, great tub, great view. The hotel staff was also extremely accommodating with transportation. It wasn’t loud but it wasn’t quiet either. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs might be best. No smells like others reported. I stayed in the top floor lake view room with the tub. The hot water runs out a little quick but you can wait about 10 minutes to start it again.

Many coffee shops nearby. The noise was very loud of people talking. Shower was hard to regulate temperature. No extractor so it smelled. Moldy in shower.

The view from the top room with the bathtub was amazing! The hot water in the shower wasn't always hot. Slight damp smell.

The staff were very helpful. Nice view, comfortable bed, television with netflix. Unfortunately the room was not really clean when I arrived (there was a lot of hair on the floor and also some on the bed).

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, clean and well stocked room. I was able to check in a bit early. There are a few nice cafes within walking distance as well. The room facing away from the lake is toward a community, which can be a little noisy in the morning.

Good location for me as it was 120 meters from the hospital where my girlfriend was.

It’s a good location even though it’s not in the Old Quarter, it’s still fairly close. It was exceptionally clean and the staff were always very nice and helpful. Cannot think of anything, just had to learn to operate this bidet as there is a very fine line between a strong stream and no stream.
